Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled LiveSmart Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our properties, as well as providing exceptional resident services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management:
  • Ensure the safety and security of the property, including conducting regular health and safety checks and monitoring access to communal areas.
  • Manage and monitor the laundry facilities and communal areas, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
  • Monitor and facilitate resolution of complaints relating to communal areas and facilities.
• Resident Services:
  • Be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors, managing access to the building and facilitating repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor and advise tenants on the management of their rent accounts and arrears.
  • Offer advice on keeping the property to a reasonable and hygienic standard.
• Health and Safety:
  • Carry out regular inspections of the building to identify and resolve repair, maintenance, and security issues.
  • Raise repairs, facilitate access, and guidance to the affected areas for contractors.
  • Complete water testing in communal areas and test communal emergency lighting and fire fighting equipment in line with the associations health and safety processes.
• Reporting and Compliance:
  • Monitor accidents, incidents, and near misses in line with the Clarion's health and safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with and the promotion of Clarion's health and safety policy/procedures and legislation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a property management or resident services role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
