About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Renfrew, covering all aspects of Quantity Surveying and other key duties as required. This role involves site visits throughout the UK to ensure exposure to a wide range of disciplines and contracting methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce monthly cost reports that meet project timescales.
  • Identify cost control measures to aid costs profiling and use cost databases, financial systems, historical data, and trend analysis to review and interpret cost information.
  • Work closely with peers and teams to deliver projects with significant social and environmental impacts.
Requirements

We are looking for a team-oriented individual with a degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying and previous experience of the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of NEC4 and demonstrable experience of working in a major project environment. They will also have significant knowledge or qualification within a related industry.
