Hours per week: 22.50, Monday - Friday

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Catering Unit Manager to lead our on-site catering operation and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients for customers
  • Lead a team of catering staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high quality standards
  • Develop and implement menus and catering plans to meet customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with the catering team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a team in a similar catering environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work at pace and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to develop and implement menus and catering plans
