Senior Solutions Architect Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead internal and external teams to deliver cost-effective and innovative technology solutions.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert, advocating for the architecture team and serving as a point of contact.
  3. Match business requirements to technology, shaping solutions across multiple global and market systems.
  4. Ensure applications and systems perform to user expectations and are continuously evolved, improved, and maintained.
  5. Contribute to application roadmaps to identify software end-of-life risks and evolve the technology landscape.
  6. Assure designs within the architecture team, supporting peers and mentoring the wider community.
  7. Ensure all IT change is appropriately governed and aligns to application roadmaps and the overall IT Strategy, Standards, and Practices.
  8. Engage in business development activities to maintain a holistic view of the portfolio of change.

Requirements:

  1. A technology subject-matter expert with expertise in software architecture and design patterns and practices, with significant experience with cloud ecosystems.
  2. Practical career experience leading teams and resources in a matrix structure.
  3. Able to demonstrate relevant technical capabilities in areas such as mobile application architecture, CRM, and other customer technology solutions.
  4. Excellent knowledge and practical experience of all phases of a project lifecycle and delivery of IT solutions for a medium or large organisation.
  5. Experience working with international teams, preferably within the financial services sector.
  6. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.

This is a hybrid role based in Leeds. The salary will be circa £60K - £70K + excellent benefits. Please send your CV to us in Word format along with your salary and notice period.
