Position Overview

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model available

Role Responsibilities: In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to formulate project proposals from inception to successful delivery, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while demonstrating value for money and benefits realization.

Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess Active CTC clearance and a solid background as a Construction Project Sponsor, showcasing the following competencies:

  • Proven ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in executing projects within a structured control framework.
  • Skilled in drafting and presenting comprehensive business cases, option evaluations, and executive summaries.
  • Familiarity with Government Soft Landings (GSL) principles.
  • Expertise in managing construction contracts for large-scale projects, including handling contractual claims and variations.
  • Experience in overseeing property management disciplines such as Facilities Management, Sustainability, Health & Safety, and Fire Safety (Preferred).
  • Knowledge of PPC 2000 and NEC3 contract forms and remedies (Preferred).
