**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Fault finding and repair of Plumbing Assets
  • Carry out regular planned maintenance on associated systems
  • Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations

**Requirements:**

  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Proven experience in Plumbing and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
