Your Role
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Lifeguard at Places Leisure. In this role, you will engage in a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere alongside enthusiastic colleagues. Your contribution will be pivotal in motivating others to collaborate and perform at their best.
A valid National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is a prerequisite for this position.
Starting your journey with us as a Lifeguard opens the door to numerous career paths, including Operational Management, Sales, Fitness, and Customer Service.
As a Lifeguard, you will receive continuous training and competency evaluations, along with chances to gain first aid certifications, swimming instructor qualifications, and various apprenticeship opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise patrons and fellow lifeguards in our aquatic facilities.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed while overseeing the health and safety of all pool users.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to guarantee the safety of our customers as they enjoy our amenities.
- Exhibit a commitment to exceptional customer service, interacting with patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the facility.
