Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install products to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate as a member of a 2-person crew, working collaboratively to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using clear and concise language
Requirements
  • Valid C1 driving license with a maximum of 6 points
  • Previous driving experience, with a strong understanding of road safety and traffic laws
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Able to lift and move heavy products, with a strong understanding of manual handling procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
