Our vibrant Legal Department plays a vital role in supporting our operations across various locations. Based at our headquarters, the team is recognized for its collaborative and proactive approach in delivering exceptional legal services. Your Responsibilities
If you are a qualified legal professional eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment, this position is ideal for you. As a member of our Legal Department, you will engage in a range of legal matters, with a focus on commercial agreements and corporate governance. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including IT contracts, consultancy agreements, and procurement contracts.
- Collaborating with senior legal experts on strategic legal initiatives that influence the organization.
- Keeping abreast of UK legal and regulatory changes that may affect our business operations and proactively mitigating potential legal risks.
- Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization and providing practical legal counsel.
- Delivering training and support to staff on legal and regulatory issues pertinent to their roles.
- Assisting with change management initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a robust background in commercial law and corporate practices. Additionally, we look for someone who possesses:
