About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic team at Monstera Talent Ltd. As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing your sales skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that all sales activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Sales Performance: Generate, monitor, and report on daily sales activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Attend product knowledge training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services, and to share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Networking: Participate in weekly networking social nights to build relationships with customers and colleagues, and to stay connected with industry trends and developments.
  • Communication: Maintain positive communication channels between customers and clients, ensuring that all queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
