Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and Receiving: Accurately pick, unload, receipt, replenish, and assemble orders within the warehouse.
  • Dispatch and Loading: Conduct dispatch and loading of goods efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain correct stock levels, assist in inventory management, and report any discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse environment is safe, clean, and presentable at all times, adhering to company standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Reporting: Report any operational issues to the warehouse manager or, in their absence, to the Managing Director.
Working Hours and Conditions
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Total of 42.5 hours per week
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to work proactively and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation, with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lifting as required, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
