About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Associate. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish is presented perfectly.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a positive attitude, and is able to work well under pressure. You should be able to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
