{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled Culinary Senior Analyst to join our team at Aramark Northern Europe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. You will work closely with our team of chefs to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Cook and prepare food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
* Work well as part of a team of chefs, supporting one another and communicating effectively
* Follow recipe cards to prepare, cook, and serve a range of meals
* Complete daily paperwork to cover due diligence
* Assist with deliveries and stock checks
* Place food orders and maintain kitchen records
* Share responsibility with the Chef manager/Catering manager for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries
* Monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries
* Assist in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
* Have full knowledge of all menu items served
* Manage production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage
* Act as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
* Undertake relevant training as required

Requirements:

* Relevant culinary qualification is desirable but not essential
* Excellent team player and communicator
* Cheffing experience
* CTC security checks required
* Flexibility and the ability to innovate

* Full-time position with 37 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends
