About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Vodafone as an Organization Design and Effectiveness Principal, where you will play a key role in shaping the organization's structure and operations to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organization design strategies to support business growth and transformation.
  • Lead organization design projects, including diagnostic analysis, design development, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement change management plans.
  • Design and implement organizational effectiveness frameworks and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead monthly and annual headcount and employment cost budgeting and governance activities.
  • Job evaluation and end-to-end change management for organization design projects.

Requirements

  • 5 years of organization effectiveness experience in large complex organizations, ideally management consulting experience.
  • Impact and influence – ability to influence senior leaders working across the organization.
  • Coaching – ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking – credibility in expertise.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong project management skills.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Masters level degree – ideal.
  • 10+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in organization effectiveness.
