Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Sales Manager to join our dynamic team of leaders. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, building customer relationships, and creating visually appealing merchandising and window displays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team
    • Recruit, develop, motivate, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through engaging customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and promoting the Danier brand.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays
    • Create and maintain visually appealing merchandising and window displays that meet brand standards and directives.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee daily store staff scheduling, operations, loss prevention, and maintenance of standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping and working environment.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Participate in weekly management calls and report on key productivity and performance metrics, competitive activity, market conditions, and other relevant information to share best practices and promote brand consistency.

    • Proven track record of sales and team development success in a fashion retail environment.
