Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
- Support clients with domestic duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and respectful manner, building strong relationships and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care services.
- Competitive rates of pay, ranging from £12 p/h to £13 p/h.
