About the Opportunity:

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Business Technology Analyst to join our team and contribute to the migration of our existing Warrants business from one Business entity to another. This project involves migrating our local systems to our Global Post-Trade platform, and the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from requirements-gathering to testing, migration, and go-live phases.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as an IT Business Analyst, demonstrating strong business consulting skills and collaborating with our business to elicit requirements and suggest solution options.
  • Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce associated functional specifications.
  • Participate in large-scale SIT/UAT testing cycles, managing technology and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for relevant teams prior to the go-live of new business processes, products, functionality, or applications.
  • Design and implement an implementation approach, timelines, and go-live strategy.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Warrants and associated asset servicing aspects.
  • Contribute to large-scale projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, SIT/UAT, and go-live migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with technology development teams during build and implementation phases of requirements.
  • Develop and manage UAT Test Plans and/or Test Scripts, as well as manage the user testing phase of projects.
