Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the General Manager's calendar and provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Hotel Executive Team.
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings for hotel management, ensuring minutes are recorded and action items are tracked.
  • Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests and essential internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point for inquiries and communications within the Executive Office.
  • Prepare sensitive reports and meeting documentation as necessary.
  • Manage all hotel correspondence, including responding to and distributing communications appropriately.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of office materials are maintained and ordered as needed.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding personnel, business, and guest information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the General Manager as required.
  • Handle phone communications, screening calls and making calls on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring all documents are current and accessible.
  • Contribute to team engagement initiatives, supporting the HR department as needed.
  • Possess prior experience in a role such as Hotel Administrator, Office Manager, or Personal Assistant.
