Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Retail Management team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control stock levels, merchandise, and visual merchandising to ensure a high-quality shopping environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Identify and address customer complaints and feedback to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
  • Knowledge of fashion retail and industry trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
