Key Responsibilities- Deliver Skilled Nursing Care: Provide effective and compassionate care to patients, using a systematic approach to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.

- Experience: Have recent experience in an acute hospital setting, with evidence of recent professional development.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize and cope with pressure, and demonstrate good interpersonal and time management skills.
