About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Development Engineer to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the development of battery technology for electric vehicles, marine, and renewable energy applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ASIC engineering team to develop efficient production testing methods meeting automotive quality standards.
- Design test hardware for production multisite testing and device characterization.
- Innovate test methods to optimize yield and reduce costs.
- Develop test program code and participate in code reviews.
- Build detailed test plans and identify root causes for test issues.
- Perform pre-production activities and support qualification testing.
- Develop hardware checker programs and scripts for troubleshooting and data processing.
Requirements
- Strong experience in semiconductor bench testing and ATE production system development.
- Proficiency in semiconductor testing processes with high volume production experience.
- Strong understanding of electronics circuits operation and test methodologies.
- Experience with analog and mixed signal testing.
- Programming skills in Python, VBA, C, C# preferred.
- Familiarity with schematic design tools and revision control software.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
