About the Role
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive excellence at the intersection of engineering and analytics. As Senior Development Director, you will champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, highlighting inefficiencies and spearheading initiatives to enhance processes and outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Software Quality and Technology strategy, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met by all teams.
- Own and drive planning, communication, and reporting mechanisms for the QV Software Quality & Technology organization.
- Lead the execution of objectives across multiple disciplines with a focus on value for Battlefield and EA.
- Own and drive risk identification, analysis, and resolution for high-priority goals within the Software Quality & Technology organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience leading execution and delivery of complex software engineering projects in the digital entertainment space.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills to report product and project status.
- Proven expertise in directing project execution with geographically distributed teams, adeptly navigating varied time zones and cultural dynamics.
- Ability to excel in an autonomous environment while synergizing with the team's leadership mindset and expectations.
