Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Commercial Cards Product team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our B2B products, working closely with our Platform and Engineering teams, Relationship teams, Supplier Management and Group Sourcing, as well as collaborating with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
The Commercial Card business is undergoing a transformation, and we are entering an exciting new partnership phase with Visa. This is an ideal time to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of our products.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy for B2B products, ensuring alignment with the overall Commercial Card Strategy.
- Partner with our Platform and Engineering teams to deliver product plans, considering industry and economic information, market intelligence, customer/sector behavior, emerging technology, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Risk partners to ensure B2B products are fully aligned to risk appetite and policy, and that all necessary approvals are acquired and maintained.
- Support the delivery of initiatives with collaborators, team members, and customers to continuously improve platforms and processes.
- Understand product governance requirements to ensure compliance.
- Aid in creating cases to obtain funding for the development and implementation of product plans.
- Work closely with the MI team to monitor and understand the commercial performance of the product portfolio.
- Establish and build relationships with partners to manage their multiple needs and ensure the delivery of customer solutions.
What We Need from You
- Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payables/Receivables processes and practices.
- Proven understanding of the B2B Payments ecosystem.
- A background in Commercial Cards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to think laterally, be innovative, and find creative solutions.
