About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to individuals and families in a range of family law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of privately funded family law cases, including private law children matters, divorce, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
  • Providing expert advice and representation to clients in court and in negotiations.
  • Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in family law.
  • Working closely with the Director to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Networking and business development to attract new clients and grow the practice.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong academic record and a good understanding of family law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to work with a range of software systems.
  • A proven track record of managing a caseload and meeting deadlines.
