Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a medium-sized residential EMI and nursing EMI nursing home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, creating and implementing care plans, and leading a team of carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high standards of care to residents with a range of general nursing needs
  • Creating and working with person-centred care plans
  • Accurately and thoroughly maintaining residents' records
  • Administering medication
  • Monitoring and assessing the needs of residents
  • Leading a team of carers
  • Liaising with outside professionals
Requirements:
  • Nurse qualified (RGN qualified)
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Good references and a clean DBS
  • Awareness of core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting
  • Ideal experience within a nursing home background
  • Exceptional standards and a willingness to put the care of residents at the forefront of everything
  • Professional attitude to work
  • Reliable and committed to nursing
  • Experience caring for people with dementia
