Collection and Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collection and Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Christchurch. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the collection and delivery of goods across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collection and delivery of goods from our stores to customers and suppliers
  • Develop and implement efficient routes to optimize processing operations and meet set targets for pickups and deliveries
  • Load, unload, and stack goods safely and appropriately
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and records for each vehicle, ensuring vehicles are fit for road use and always meet all legal requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for customers and donors

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to quality and outstanding customer and donor experience
  • Collaborative, positive, and hands-on style, with the ability to work as part of a wider team
  • Experience driving large vehicles in a pick-up and delivery capacity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
