About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Cafe team as a Back of House Team Member. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, using fresh ingredients and following our recipes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and tidy, and that our kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Provide excellent customer service, serving customers quickly and efficiently, and responding to their needs and queries.
  • Follow our food safety and hygiene procedures, and maintain accurate records of our daily operations.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, and to maintain a positive and supportive team culture.
