We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Proeon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Document Control: Lead the control of all project documents, including client, internal, and supplier documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Cost Management: Prepare and monitor Cost To Completes (CTC) for engineer completion, including tracking consumables and project invoicing.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Support import/export shipping, liaise with transport companies, and manage equipment returns and delivery notes.
- Travel and Expense Management: Handle travel bookings, flights, hotels, and liaise with travel companies.
- Project Support: Provide general support to project managers and engineers to ensure project delivery, including attending internal meetings and close-out meetings.
- Financial Reporting: Interact with company financial staff to provide project account data and ensure compliance with QA standards.
Requirements:
- Commercial Awareness: Understand the commercial aspects of our business.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and experience with Sage 50.
- Personal Qualities: Keen, reliable, committed, self-motivated, driven, organized, and diligent.
- Problem-Solving: Able to work independently to assess, manage, and resolve problems.
- Continuous Learning: Willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Time Management: Strong time management and delivery performance skills.
- Customer Focus: Ability to adapt and react to internal and external customers.
