Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Document Control: Lead the control of all project documents, including client, internal, and supplier documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cost Management: Prepare and monitor Cost To Completes (CTC) for engineer completion, including tracking consumables and project invoicing.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Support import/export shipping, liaise with transport companies, and manage equipment returns and delivery notes.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Handle travel bookings, flights, hotels, and liaise with travel companies.
  • Project Support: Provide general support to project managers and engineers to ensure project delivery, including attending internal meetings and close-out meetings.
  • Financial Reporting: Interact with company financial staff to provide project account data and ensure compliance with QA standards.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Awareness: Understand the commercial aspects of our business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and experience with Sage 50.
  • Personal Qualities: Keen, reliable, committed, self-motivated, driven, organized, and diligent.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to work independently to assess, manage, and resolve problems.
  • Continuous Learning: Willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and delivery performance skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to adapt and react to internal and external customers.
