Vertex Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Large Store team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, setting standards, and delivering key performance indicators (KRAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Manage and maintain high standards of store appearance, product presentation, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and control store costs, including labor, inventory, and expenses
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve store operations and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a large store environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
