We are currently seeking a Health and Safety CDM Consultant to enhance our expanding team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic organization and make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding their responsibilities under CDM 2015.
  • Collaborate with designers to conduct Health and Safety design reviews, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Perform a comprehensive range of CDM Consultant duties aligned with agreed service deliverables.
  • Conduct Health and Safety audits and inspections.
  • Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements, investigate incidents, and develop Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training sessions on Health and Safety and CDM principles.
  • Apply quality assurance principles and stay updated on relevant legislative changes.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in delivering Health and Safety training.
  • Familiarity with ISO 45001 and integrated management systems.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong background in CDM service delivery and comprehensive knowledge of CDM 2015.
  • Technical expertise in Health & Safety, particularly within the construction sector.
  • Exceptional client-facing abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to seek guidance when necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Professional demeanor and outlook.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • IMaPS status, Tech IoSH qualification.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Possession of an appropriate CSCS Card.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
