We are seeking dedicated Logistics Warehouse Associates to become part of our team. This role offers ongoing full-time employment with a 4on4off shift pattern, including both day and night shifts. Compensation is competitive, with day shifts at £12.39 per hour and night shifts at £13.62 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operational efficiency and performance of the inspection processes, from unloading trailers to preparing items for inspection and reloading them onto trailers.

  • Efficiently load and unload vehicles, utilizing manual handling techniques, roller cages, and other material handling equipment (MHE).
  • Complete manual and/or electronic reporting tasks as required.
  • Follow instructions from on-site partners to facilitate the inspection workflow.
  • Update the Yard Management System (PINC) after receiving appropriate training.
  • Execute operational duties to meet departmental and site goals.
  • Maintain the inspection area in accordance with training guidelines.
  • Acquire COSHH Awareness following training.
  • Assist drivers in locating bays and provide guidance to bays and offices.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety within the workplace.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in logistics within a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems.
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting set targets.

Required Skills:
Intermediate computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with warehouse operations such as picking and loading.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift schedule consists of 4 days on and 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts.
  • Available shifts include days from 6am to 6pm and nights from 6pm to 6am.
  • Day shift compensation is £12.39 per hour, while night shift compensation is £13.62 per hour.
  • Options for weekly or monthly pay are available.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have no unspent convictions and be able to pass a basic Criminal Record Check/Disclosure (DBS check).
  • Ability to provide references for the past three years and have resided in the UK for the last five years.
  • Must possess the right to work in the UK.
