Head of Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team at eComplete Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that aligns with our ambitious global business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that drives online growth, customer insight, customer retention, and rapid global expansion.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, driving our brand's competitive edge.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of a powerful and consistent brand identity across channels.
  • Ensure our marketing efforts effectively showcase our unique value propositions, making us stand out in the crowded beauty industry.
  • Lead our digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencers, live shows, press, etc. to optimize our online presence, awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute compelling campaigns, promotions, and partnerships that drive traffic and sales.
  • Work closely with the creative and product teams to develop captivating marketing collateral that resonates with our audience.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking ROI for all campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience operating at a similar level within online retail.
  • Proficient in using data to create actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing and growing an in-house marketing team in a high-volume B2C business.
