Job Title: Care Assistant - NEW

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-focused care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, promoting independence and mobility.
  • Support clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, maintaining their dignity and well-being.

What We Offer:

  • Excellent pay rates - £12.25 to £13.75 per hour, plus enhanced Bank Holiday rates.
  • Types of hours available - from 10 hours to 26 hours part-time.
