Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44, inclusive of a weekly mystery shopper bonus of £1.25 per hour
  • Free food when working and a 50% discount when not working
  • Outstanding training and development opportunities, with over 85% of our Managers starting as Team Members
  • Apprenticeships Level 2 available for career development and professional qualifications
  • An extra £5 per hour for working between 3am and 5am
  • Up to £200 cash for successful referrals
