Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Partner to join our team at a leading national law firm. As a Planning Partner, you will play a key role in overseeing a team of talented planning lawyers and providing expert guidance on a wide range of planning matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of planning lawyers and ensure their growth and development.
  • Provide expert guidance on planning matters, including residential and commercial developments.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver high-quality legal advice and representation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with the partnership, particularly the real estate team.
  • Prepare a strategic business plan to drive growth and development within the planning team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least ten years PQE and a strong background in planning law.
  • Experience in both private and public sectors.
  • Leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage a team across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Technical expertise in planning, highways, and environmental law.
