Deputy Hotel Manager Job Description

As a Deputy Hotel Manager at Premier Inn, you will play a pivotal role in the management team, driving the successful daily running of the site. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will lead from the front, empowering and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Drive commercial best practice, maximizing revenue opportunities and controlling controllable costs.
  • Oversee all business areas, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered and guest feedback is utilized to increase performance against KPIs.
  • Support the Hotel Manager in delivering the site business plan, enabling the bigger picture.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance and manage all audit processes to a high standard.
