Job Title: Senior Lecturer in Health

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer in Health to join our team at Regent College London. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, student support, and academic management within the School of Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assess students on a range of modules within the Health Sciences subject area.
  • Provide academic support to students, including mentoring and guidance on academic progress.
  • Manage a team of Academic Colleagues, including line management and staff development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curricula within the subject area.
  • Work with the CSO, Student Finance Officer, and ARWA Officer teams to support students and ensure that support plans are in place.
  • Monitor student progress and address any issues of student engagement or performance.

Requirements:

  • PhD in a relevant field.
  • Proven teaching and academic management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work across all campuses.
