Position Overview

*This is a part-time role requiring 30 hours per week, with a salary range from £28,160 to £30,882 per annum.* As an Early Childhood Education Instructor at EKC Group, you will be responsible for delivering educational content, training, and assessment to students across diverse learning settings, ensuring an enriching educational experience. Your responsibilities will also encompass providing guidance to learners, enabling them to reach their fullest potential, and leading designated study programs and courses, with a primary focus on the design, implementation, and assessment of educational programs.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be well-organized, innovative, and capable of planning and delivering engaging lessons while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Monitoring and evaluating student progress to inform further instructional strategies will be a crucial aspect of this role, ensuring that all students acquire the necessary skills for success.

While prior teaching experience or workplace training delivery is preferred, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided to the successful candidate. A positive attitude, empathy towards learners, and effective classroom management skills are essential.

You should be prepared to teach a variety of designated study programs and courses ranging from Level 1 to Level 3, inspiring learners to achieve their academic goals.
