Travel Product and Commercial Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Product and Commercial Executive to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new itineraries for our cruise extension department, monitoring and managing upcoming tour departures, and researching innovative ideas for new excursions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new itineraries for our cruise extension department
- Monitor and manage upcoming tour departures with great accuracy
- Research and develop innovative ideas for new excursions
- Assist in the resolution of any complaints, pre, during, or post-tour
- Generate invoices for our DMC business and cruise business
- Assist in the development and growth of the cruise business from a product and commercial perspective
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in travel operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a passion for product development and a keen eye for detail.
