We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Records Manager to join our Information and Knowledge Management team at Workingmums. The successful candidate will work closely with the Records Manager to provide day-to-day support on all aspects of records management, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the prioritization and management of business requests related to information and records management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of information management policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the business on information management policies, standards, legislation, and company processes and procedures.
  • Undertake information management audits and assessments to produce performance reports that measure information management compliance, efficiency, and maturity.
  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality.
