About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our award-winning onsite team in Liverpool. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients' thriving Port Operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate temporary workers to meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Create and maintain a pool of candidates tailored to the client's needs.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard workers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Contribute to a candidate-focused culture, ensuring the right fit and maintaining excellent communication.
  • Manage administration processes, including absences and holiday requests.
  • Accurately input and verify data for weekly payroll.
  • Provide a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements, utilizing a fair and rotating schedule.
  • Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships with operational management.
  • Deputize for the Account Manager as needed.

  • A driving license and access to a car.
  • Good IT skills.
