Role Overview:

In this vital role, you'll be responsible for upholding and enhancing health, safety, environmental, and quality standards within a leading renewable energy company. There will be a focus on compliance and quality, requiring an understanding and modern approach towards quality from a corporate environment. From a Health & Safety perspective, it will involve conducting thorough inspections and audits, and spearheading incident investigations, identifying root causes, and enhancing communication throughout on all things QHSE.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to QHSE standards.
  3. Investigate incidents and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences.
  4. Communicate QHSE information to employees and stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and compliance.
