Role Overview:
In this vital role, you'll be responsible for upholding and enhancing health, safety, environmental, and quality standards within a leading renewable energy company. There will be a focus on compliance and quality, requiring an understanding and modern approach towards quality from a corporate environment. From a Health & Safety perspective, it will involve conducting thorough inspections and audits, and spearheading incident investigations, identifying root causes, and enhancing communication throughout on all things QHSE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to QHSE standards.
- Investigate incidents and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences.
- Communicate QHSE information to employees and stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and compliance.
