Job Title: Onsite Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Onsite Engineer to join our team at Air IT. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

As an Onsite Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware and software according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware and software according to company standards.
  • Prioritise and respond to technical queries with precision to meet our service level agreements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and activities within our CRM system.
  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis, demonstrating your commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Uphold information security protocols to safeguard client data and uphold our high standards.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a Service Desk Engineer, showcasing your technical prowess.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop environments and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with Backup/DRaaS, Azure Active Directory, and networking technologies (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing/Switching).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • A current and valid UK driving license, enabling you to provide on-site support.
Desirable Skills

Knowledge of InTune, Conditional Access Technologies, and Mimecast email security, enhancing your toolkit for comprehensive client support.
