Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Systems Analyst to join our team at InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited. As a Contract Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for serving a contract assignment under our headcount, working full-time to support the Housing Authority.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Web Content Updates: Develop and perform web content updates for our websites.
  2. User Requirements: Collect user requirements for system enhancement.
  3. Web Content Management: Provide support on web content management system for our websites.
  4. Web Accessibility: Provide support to achieve conformance of our websites with web accessibility.
  5. Chatbot Development: Provide support to chatbot development and maintenance of chatbot.
  6. Coordination: Coordinate with outsourced contractors and DPO to support our websites, chatbot, and enterprise mobile management infrastructure.
  7. Program Testing: Collaborate with vendors, users, and project teams to conduct program testing and user acceptance tests.
  8. Mobile Application Development: Provide support on mobile application development.
  9. System Documentation: Prepare and review system documentation.
  10. Other Duties: Perform other duties as designated by supervisors.
Requirements
  1. Technical Skills: Possess hands-on experience in HTML, HTML5, JavaScript Programming, and Web Programming.
  2. Web Content Management System: Possess experience in web content management system.
  3. Enterprise Mobile Management Infrastructure: Experience in supporting enterprise mobile management infrastructure is preferred.
  4. Chatbot Experience: Experience in supporting chatbot is preferred.
  5. Mobile Application Development: Experience in mobile application development and testing is preferred.
  6. Communication Skills: Have good communication, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
  7. Independence: Able to work under minimal supervision and independently in discharging duties.
  8. Education: Preferably with recognized degree in information technology or related curriculum.
Technical Requirements
  1. IT Application Development and Management: At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM).
  2. HTML5 Experience: At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5).
  3. JavaScript Programming Experience: At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP).
  4. Website Administration: At least 3 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA).
  5. Web Programming: At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB).
  6. Wireless and Mobile Experience: 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage.
  7. Mobile / Wireless Communication Experience: 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage.
Non-Technical Requirements
  1. Customer Relations: At least 2 years' experience in customer relations (ECR).
  2. Government Experience: At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
  3. Government Project Management: At least 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP).
  4. Vendor Management: At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG).

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; at least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
