About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Brio Retirement Village.

As a key member of our catering department, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a friendly and effective service to customers in all areas of the catering department
  • Communicate with customers and demonstrate a helpful attitude at all times
  • Ensure food is presented and served in a clean and hygienic environment
  • Maintain tables and accompaniments in a clean and adequately stocked state
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a high level of customer service skills and be a strong communicator. Ideally, you will have previous food handling experience and be working towards or have gained your food hygiene certificate.

You will be motivated and able to work during busy periods, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
