Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £70-75k basic + Bonus (30% of fees above threshold)

About the Role:

We are working with a long-established, independent Surveying practice who service East, North & Central London on behalf of a range of clients including High Net Worth Individuals, High Street lenders, and Specialist lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake long form, red book valuations on properties up to £15m in value
  • Act on behalf of major lenders, undertaking valuations with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct HMO/BTL valuations for a specialist lender, producing shorter, more basic reports
  • Work closely with the team to deliver a secure and diverse workload, with minimal downtime
  • Meet with the team on a regular basis to discuss ongoing projects and share best practices

Requirements:

  • MRICS/FRICS & VRS qualified
  • Experience working with major lenders and producing high-quality valuations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £75k to start, rising with tenure
  • Bonuses calculated at 30% of fee income above a threshold of 3 x salary
  • A secure and diverse workload, with minimal downtime
