About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Team of Trainers to deliver excellence in training standards and ensure that our team members are knowledgeable and skilled in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Cultivate a Culture of Excellence by promoting a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure Food Quality and Safety by coaching teams to maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and to ensure that our kitchens are clean and safe for our guests.
  • Prioritize Customer Service by ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience and that our team members are equipped to handle customer complaints and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Operations Team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our business and our team members.
  • Lead by Example and inspire the team to deliver the best guest experience by demonstrating a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
  • Support New Store Openings by providing training and guidance to ensure a smooth transition and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience in a training role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • High Standards and Knowledge of food safety and quality, with the ability to coach and train teams to maintain high standards.
  • Demonstrable Passion for hospitality and a keen interest in training and development.
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building Skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Dynamic Environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to Travel across the UK to support new store openings and training initiatives.
