Role Overview: A prestigious organization is in search of a dedicated and proactive Strategic HR Partner to become an integral part of their vibrant team.

This position is crucial in designing, implementing, and managing HR services that align with the organization's core values and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with leadership, key stakeholders, and HR professionals to advance strategic and operational HR initiatives.

The role encompasses full-time hours, amounting to 36 per week.

The standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays, with a one-hour lunch break each day.

Our organization values flexible working arrangements, promoting a harmonious balance between remote and office work. While the majority of team members primarily work remotely, the office is available for those who choose to work on-site.

To enhance team unity and collaboration, an in-person meeting is scheduled once a month, alternating between locations.

Furthermore, travel to these locations for stakeholder engagements is anticipated approximately two to three times monthly, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with key partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding management teams in best practice HR to support organizational goals.
  • Deliver strategic and operational HR leadership to facilitate the execution of the HR Strategy.
  • Oversee critical areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Aid in developing robust talent pipelines and drive recruitment strategies within designated business sectors.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the legal framework governing HR practices, ensuring policies are crafted in accordance with prevailing legislation.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven HR experience (generalist or specialist) acquired in large, complex organizations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing large-scale change initiatives such as TUPE or organizational restructures.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, organizational, and planning capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience utilizing data to guide decision-making.
