Logistics Coordinator

STS Aviation Services is a leading provider of MRO services in the UK, committed to excellence in maintenance, repair, and overhaul. We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operative to join our materials and logistics department in Newquay, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within our busy hangar facility.
- Manage tools and components, ensuring they are stored and batched in approved areas.
- Coordinate the movement of materials within the facility and manage store activities.
- Maintain compliance with safety requirements and storage conditions.
- Provide logistics support for urgent and high-priority needs.
- Ensure all tools are calibrated and in good working condition.
- Prepare parts and consumables for the shop floor in an organized manner.
- Previous experience in a logistics environment.
- Proficient in standard logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
