Mobile Engineering Manager Job Description

ZipRecruiter is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in the development of our core customer-facing iOS and Android applications. As a key member of our Engineering function, you will be responsible for driving the strategy across multiple iOS and Android Mobile Applications, focusing on customer satisfaction, product evolution, and the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of our mobile applications
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the Engineering function to define the strategy across multiple iOS and Android Mobile Applications
  • Drive the adoption of agile development best practices
  • Foster collaboration between engineering and product teams

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience leading engineering teams
  • In-depth knowledge of Mobile App development with iOS/Android
  • Prior hands-on development experience in the latest versions of Kotlin or Swift
  • Advocate agile development best practices
  • Foster collaboration between engineering and product
